OUR MISSION STATEMENT
At TSS, every engineer must abide by these core principals in order to be considered for employment.  In addition, semi-annual audits are performed to ensure our engineers are performing as expected.  We view these basic principals are essential to every customers success.

I will strive to serve my clients in every available capacity.  I will be prompt, professional and courteous at all times and represent my industry, myself and my profession with the highest quality of service and regard for professionalism.

1) To ensure accurate and efficient data transmission and to constantly improve link integrity to the maximum available rates - without sacrificing data availability.

2) To achieve a minimum of 99.99% network uptime status (less than 9 minutes total system unavailability a year).

3) To document and update the LAN / WAN infrastructure in a legible and comprehensible format for all IT and management personnel.

4) To improve and update the LAN /WAN infrastructure to support all future technologies as appropriate for the client.  The focus of this objective will be the investigation and implementation of current technology to poise the client as a leader in its industry.

5) To support the end user in every available capacity to ensure adequate and consistent access to all necessary resources.

6) To consistently learn and grow myself and my business technically and professionally, including advancement in the profession via established verification objectives
