TSS, llc is in business to make customer and corporate networks safe, secure, and simple. As many of our customers come to us for privacy reasons, we simply do not, or will not, under any circumstance disclose any information about any of our customers, without your express, written, signed and redundantly witnessed authorization. All customer information is kept offline, in encrypted folders and logged control. Due to compliance reasons, our contracts have a single or multiple point of contact with whom we may only disclose information to. Should someone attempt to impersonate one of those contacted individuals, we cannot, under any circumstances disclose information of any kind without written or verbal authorization.
TSS, llc's Commitment to Online Security:
Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. All TSS, llc agents and contractors with access to personal information obtained on TSS, llc web sites are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract with TSS, llc. To protect the security of information supplied by businesses applying for participation in our managed services profiles, customers are provided user names and passwords to access their information.
TSS, llc's primary business model is outsourced network monitoring. Every effort will be made to ensure that proper encryption mechanisms and electronic safeguards will be used in that purpose. Due to safety concerns, regulatory compliance and simple business secrets, those methods and manners cannot be disclosed here. Should you have any concerns, please let us know. WHEN WE CATCH YOU, YOU WILL PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Personal Information that TSS, llc May Collect Online:
TSS, llc collects personal information online, including names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, and complement and complaint information. TSS, llc does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information regarding the age of our customers. In addition, no part of our sites are designed with the purpose of attracting any non-business use purpose. We don't intentionally attract minors, and have no reason to do so.
